I am so impressed with Dr. O'Neal! For 2 yrs I have had a chronic problem that other doctors were unable to diagnose. I even made a trip to Mayo and still no answers. In one visit Dr. O'Neil did his exam ordered scans and discovered the problem. He listens to you and he cares, so thankful for doctors like this.

Dr Oneal did an Ear Wax Removal on my Granddaughter, she was in a lot of pain as the Ear Wax was very impacted. Caroline my Granddaughter wasn't afraid and really liked Dr. Oneal and his staff, they did a wonderful job with her.

It was cancelled! First, I spoke to someone on the phone in June and made an appointment for a first visit. The week of, I called to confirm the day/time and was told I didn’t have an appointment! That was the first week of July. So I wasted a month! The scheduler said your were closed that day to call back. So I went online and set up an appointment only to have them call later and say I had to see my primary doctor first for a referral. I do not need referrals to go to specialists. After relocating to this area from California we were hesitant about finding a new ENT for our son because the ENT in California was the best. I am thankful that we found Dr. O'Neal here, for us he is another of the best.

Dr O'Neal has been my grandson's physician for several years now my grandson absolutely loves going to see Dr. O'Neal. The wait time in the waiting room and examination room is always very short. Dr O'Neal takes time to explain to you and answers your questions, he is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend dr. O'Neal as he is a great doctor to care for your medical needs.

Doctor O'Neal is a very thorough professional. Excellent communication skills spending the time he needs with his patients. Sometimes this means that the appointments get behind but we all know this is the case with great, meticulous doctors. He is a great diagnostician as well and was able to provide me with a great solution to my nasal problems and not just restricting it to his area of expertise. I would highly recommend Dr. O'Neal to everyone. Great Integrity!

This was my first visit with Dr. O'Neal and I was very impressed with the thorough examination and time he took going over my health history and explaining my options. This was a non-urgent appointment and I had paperwork to fill out so waiting time was not normal.
