We recently (February 2026) sold our home in Irmo SC working with Patrick and his team. We’re thoughtful, selective, and very particular. We sold a home with a different realtor recently and were not happy with the realtor (not Patrick). But we found Patrick and his team to be supportive, helpful, communicative, and excellent.
