I have been seeing Dr. Desocio for 8 years and she has always been professional and knowledgeable about my problems. She always takes the time to explain things to me and is quick to answer questions through the portal.
I had one appt with Dr. Garlin thinking she’d be my new PCP. The exam I received could have been done at a CVS. After the short appt, I was told I needed to get blood work & to speak with the front desk. They provided paperwork & nothing else. When I asked where I should got for the blood work, I was told wherever my ins. covers. I had good coverage with BCBS, not some Bob’s ins. Co. Awesome office atmosphere and very cooperative staff.So far we have only 2 visits with Dr. Das but my experience with her so not that good. I feel Dr. Das gives more judgemental opinions within small span of time.
Susan always spends as much time as my child or I need her to spend with us. She talks with my child, not just to me.

The most incompetent professional I have ever encountered in my entire life! Please reconsider becoming a patient at Pepperell Family Practice, they will put your health at risk! If you care about yourself & love ones you should never choose PFP, specifically Cristi Desocio! It's difficult to consider Cristi a doctor, my health has suffered due to her Reckless uneducated decisions. Although it was very convenient, It simply is not worth the risk!
Cold, hostile and judgmental
Yesterday, Dr. Tsaparlis repaired my hernia using a standard laparoscopic procedure. I haven't needed more than an OTC aspirin-free pain reliever after the procedure, so all went smoothly. From the time I arrived, his team was very welcoming and professional. His bedside manner was warm and conversational. I would strongly recommend Dr. Tsaparlis for general surgical needs.
I think Dr. Flannery is an amazing doctor. He doesn’t rush you, he listens to everything you have to say. he takes care of you. thank you Dr. Flannery.
