The staff at this office are extremely rude and unapologetic for their mistakes and their unbelievable unprofessional tone. I have never in all of the history of health care experienced this level of unprofessionalism. I have decided to put my life and health in the hands of a practice that cares about its patients. If you are a sick person and need help, this is not the place. Healthcare is an experience that starts at the front desk.
