I brought my mother to her 1st appointment. Check in was fast, waiting room to exam room was fast. Nurses were pleasant, doctor was attentive. We had a very positive experience.
Dr. Miller is amazing. The staff at UC Health are beyond difficult to deal with when he is unavailable. I know my medical history in far more detail than they read. They won’t listen, no follow up and if you get them in the phone they only say you have to come in. Disappointed patient of a great doctor.
