Went to his office since it is at Walmart Palmdale. He’s very rude approaching patients and makes snarky remarks. His prescription was unreadable and acted like it was my problem for buying glasses online and not being able to decipher his horrible handwriting. He should type them, keep copies, and not have patients guessing and be mad when called to clarify. Won’t go back EVER.
We have been going here for the past 3-4 years now. Dr. Milburn is very thorough and professional. We’re happy that we finally found someone that’s good after going to so many other optometrists.
Doctor Patrick Milburn was very rude when I called to confirm my eyeglass prescription over the phone he got upset because I want to purchase glasses somewhere else it doesn’t matter where I buy my glasses I paid for the services to get glasses and contact prescriptions so why be rude.When a patient is just verifying the prescription because he writes super small . He's a good doctor. From my experience he was very kind and gentle. Now that my kids are older they go on their own. Note my kids now live a couple hours from palmdale and prefer coming to him then there local eye doctor.
