Doctor Patrick Milburn was very rude when I called to confirm my eyeglass prescription over the phone he got upset because I want to purchase glasses somewhere else it doesn’t matter where I buy my glasses I paid for the services to get glasses and contact prescriptions so why be rude.When a patient is just verifying the prescription because he writes super small . He's a good doctor. From my experience he was very kind and gentle. Now that my kids are older they go on their own. Note my kids now live a couple hours from palmdale and prefer coming to him then there local eye doctor.

If I can give no stars I would! I had an appointment at 10am and the office is closed and it says it opens at 10am…what a waste of time coming here. I should have paid attention to the bad reviews 🤮
