I was able to connect with a doctor via this clinic very quickly. I left a message just before the weekend and they got back to me on Monday. Intake was only one day for paperwork, and they booked us for a Telehealth appointment on the next day. They were very professional, kind and understanding during every step of the process.
Impossible to get ahold of a real live person who works for him or him himself. Absolutely Impossible. The receptionists, specifically the older lady who is a receptionist for the floor he is on is especially rude and held her finger in my face to shush me while I was expressing how distressed I was at not being able to meet a real person. Patrick MacLeamy does amazing work for our community, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone in Sonoma and Marin County!
My experience was beyond horrific. Besides misleading me with the idea I would be assessed by Dr. MacLeahmy, and substituting a CHILD BEHAVIORALIST who has zero inclination of the current Science facing GROWN ADULTS and ASD. Obviously Dr. Katz is NOT considerate of the Science and statistics that lend to suicide being the number one cause of death with un/misdiagnosed ASD. I am still waiting for a referral for an ADULT ASD ASSESSMENT from Dr. Katz… I find it particularly cruel that they take their time during the holidays wh... read more
