This place is absolutely terrible. I had a video appointment today and the doctor never joined the call. I sat there for a long time waiting for the doctor to join. I am very upset with this place since I’ve been waiting for months to meet with this doctor. I tried calling and messaging him directly but he never got back to me. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place.
My psychiatrist referred me to Patrick M. I was sent paperwork sent it back and was never contacted. I tried calling , leaving messages, and emailing and they never got back to me. He and his workers never answer the phone, messages or emails. Terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
I was able to connect with a doctor via this clinic very quickly. I left a message just before the weekend and they got back to me on Monday. Intake was only one day for paperwork, and they booked us for a Telehealth appointment on the next day. They were very professional, kind and understanding during every step of the process.
Impossible to get ahold of a real live person who works for him or him himself. Absolutely Impossible. The receptionists, specifically the older lady who is a receptionist for the floor he is on is especially rude and held her finger in my face to shush me while I was expressing how distressed I was at not being able to meet a real person.
