Simply the Best
I had a crown done here about a year ago and after a month it became loose and uncomfortable. I finally called to get it looked at and was told by the front office staff that they wouldn’t see me because my account had gone to collections even though this was clearly a quality issue with their dental work, not a new service or payment issue. Absolutely amazing staff and dentist! They completely put my son at ease and did a very thorough cleaning. Most offices in the area have staff that come across as rude or impersonal, but not here. The hygienist and receptionist/secretary were absolutely wonderful, kind, and welcoming. We’re so glad we found this place!
Rachel, the hygienist, is absolutely wonderful. She was so kind and personable and put any worries i had about going to the dentist at ease. She gave me a lot of good at home tips and was very encouraging. I hope she is my hygienist every time. Cannot recommended Rachel enough!
Awful practice! I called to see if they were in the insurance network I have & was told they were not, but I was assured most of the cost would still be covered & even quoted a small price that it would likely be. After being convinced of this, I went for a checkup. Shortly after, I received a bill for 369.00 I didn't even see the dentist I had the appointment with, which was Dr Todd.
