I'm a prior patient of Dr Kane - I called today to schedule a new appointment, and was on hold a total of 41 minutes over 3 calls - 2 calls just disconnected, and I hung up on the 3rd call out of frustration - it's a really lousy call system!
Dr. Kane has been first rate with my continuing hand issues. I’m a bit of a rough case but he’s handled thing exceedingly well and listens to understand where my concerns are. He doesn’t rush and listens to concerns and answers in understandable terms rather than medical jargon. He’s a great hand surgeon.
