I just want to tel you that I went to St Francis as an outpatient today and the elderly volunteers were life savers. They took me to the door of where I needed to be and made my visit so much stressful. Thank you volunteers. The only problem I had and I am sure many more could tell you the same thing, they need more PARKING. I went for pulmonary test and had to park a long ways away. Please give them a grant of some kind (City of Wichita) to make more parking available.
Via Christi may be a huge hospital and look all nice and the employees may appear nice, but beware of their ER. I am a migraine patient, yes their chronic, and I am getting treatment by an outside doctor (2 of them) I had a severe I guess it would be considered a break thru headache. It involved a stiff neck and 8/10 pain. I don't put on .the whole "I am in horrible pain" act, I don't cry or shake, I am calm. I don't act like I am dying I dont say my pain rate is a 30.
