This is our 4th new construction home since 2006 This is the worse craftsmanship and they avoided righting any problems we showed them.

Our experience with PL homes has been nothing short of a nightmare. Please, if considering, go elsewhere. Once the contract is signed, they will cease contact. Calls, texts, emails go unanswered. You're completely left out of anything happening with YOUR home. Paid upgrades never received. Poor quality work and many issues with damage.
