Patrick is the BEST! I cannot recommend him highly enough. He's helped us purchase and sell several properties (both homes and investments) over the past 15+ years. He will go out of his way to help you and make the entire process smooth. I've recommended him to several friends and family members, and they all love him and have recommended him to their friends and family. You won't find a better realtor in the Houston-area.
