Our experience with Patrick Leo Property Management has been extremely disappointing. During our tenancy managed by Emily Roberts, we recieved repeated billing errors, late invoices (2 different water bills issued 2 days apart), and were even sent the property owner’s personal contact details. When these issues were brought forward, the response felt less solution-focused and more reactive.
