My husband and I were new patients. The receptionist/billing person was so rude to my 75 year old husband on the phone and I was listening. He was confused because he thought he had an appointment in a couple weeks but received a text saying it was six months later. It did turn out that he had an appointment in a couple of weeks. Dr Patrick staff is amazing but with each visit for crown work my bill escalated without any regards to the original quote. Clients should have the opportunity to accept or deny thousands of dollars instead of being presented with an escalated bill after services rendered. Front desk billing department was very unprofessional and communicates poorly when it relates to billing and unknown charges as it relates to original quotes.
