Dr. Knowles is great! I only wish it were easier to get in to see him.
Dr. Knowles's staff books appointments 6 weeks out, even if the patient is in pain. I called the office to get in sooner and was told to call back at 8:01 AM when the night service stops and request a possible walk-in or emergency visit based upon any cancellations. I called the next morning and was told the 2 openings were already booked. I was also told that I could also opt to see another physician and if so, I would have to walk the other physician through all of my medical issues, including priors, as to the reason for ... read more
Dr. Knowles is possibly the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is great, friendly, and knowledgeable. He is often booked far in advanced but it is worth it.
Great doctor. I’ve followed him for years. Caring and attentive!! The best!!
One of the last doctors that really listens and cares about his patients. Too bad he is only given 5 minutes to do so.
Dr. Knowles is excellent!
Have seen Dr Knowles for about 3 yes but when I needed help after stroke, seizure and other complications he was unavailable, his PA Cathy prefers to avoid writing RX and most recently my daughter called asking for some sleep aid for me after I was released from hospital and Cathy, PA refused and no one ever called my daughter back. Never going back to a Dr Knowles, office staff was rude to my other daughter too
I said I'm here for a free Welcome to medicare wellness visit In filling out MANY forms I apparently hit a box that said physical I assumed that was what I was here for.Not until later & $213 I find out what I initialed was a full physical,NOT a free wellness visit which is the ONLY reason I went there I may have been wrong in X-ing a box but when you say several times why u are here they should of paid attn to what i told them. Dr Knowles& Cathy was fine but not the paper people
Dr Knowles has been my doctor for 4yrs. Before that I haven"t had a doctor. I was never sick. Everyone kept saying get a doctor before something happens to you. I was on medicare & just picked his name for a primary care but didn't use him for 2yrs. After going to him once made me mad that I hadn't gone to see him sooner. He is so compassionate,caring besides being very knowledgible. If he can't fix you he finds someone who can. I would never change my doctor, Great doctor!!
