Patrick is the best!!!!! Patrick patiently took me to houses for a very long time until we found one that worked. He was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with things. He even arranged a contractor to give me an estimate to fix everything that is wrong with the house. He continues to be my realtor even after the sale providing me with referrals for home repair. I would recommend Patrick without hesitation. Honest and knowledgeable. What more could you ask for?
