Extremely personable as well as competent. My hip replacement went exactly as predicted. When I needed attention for a torn rotator cuff, he referred me to his associate, Dr. Horner who was equally competent and pleasant and we were able to avoid surgery. Currently Dr. Strotman and I are considering options, all clearly explained, for knee replacement. I trust his judgment implicitly.
