Would NEVER recommend this place for your children! Staff, nurses are super friendly but Dr. Connolly... not so much. My son has down syndrome & has seen over 20 doctors in his 11 years of life. He is scared of doctor offices & has a hard time with them. This was his first time meeting Dr. Connally & was very nervous. Dr. Connally was easily angered, frustrated and not patient with him at all. I thought he would have more patience with children since he is a Children's ENT. BUT I was wrong! Dr. Connolly was amazing. I highly recommend him. He’s very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining things and answering questions. Not pushy at all for surgeries. He put tubes in my daughters ears when she was almost 2 and we didn’t have any problems.
Dr Connolly is the best! He took great care of my daughter. He performed 2 procedures that were successful and changed my daughter's quality of life and sleep. I always felt comfortable and informed. He was patient and caring! Highly recommend!
