I saw Toni today. extremely rude. She walked in stated I didn't qualify for insurance coverage surgery , but out of pocket yes. She didn't view any medical such as the five plus morbid diseases I have. She told me to come back in six months when I qualified . She walked out without no empathy or sympathetic emotions. She asked if I had questions but it was clear I was wasting her time. The staff was rude. People who turn to bypass surgery has enough emotions, a doctor office should not add more
He was always very knowledgeable the 1 time I met him which was surgery day
