Excellent Rheumatologist . He takes his time, I never feel rushed. He actually talks to you face to face and doesn’t have his back to you charting on a computer like most doctors do these days. Anytime I have messaged him via portal he responds promptly. I highly recommend him.
Dr. Patrick Webster, is a very caring Rheumatologist. I’ve been seeing him since Dr. Rose retired. He takes his time, answers questions and has solutions. I highly recommend him!
This is in Norwalk and I live in Waterbury. I was told that this provider was excellent. Well, first couple visits were fine. Doctor always seems rushed. Last appt I had, I go to check out and schedule my next appt. There’s a woman at the desk and I patiently wait for her to finish the current phone call. She pauses her conversation to tell me that “you’ll need to call to schedule your next appointment,” as if it’s not one of, it not THE, main aspect of her job. So I say ok and leave. Whatever. This doctor doesn't care about you at all! I’m very disappointed with this doctor! I went for blood tests on June 3rd, and I didn't receive any communication from the clinic about my results until the end of July. I had to call them myself to ask about the results. I requested the results from the front desk, and on August 7th, Dr. Webster finally called me, taking just 2 minutes to tell me that all the results were negative and that I should have a follow-up in six months. Then I received a $427 bill!
