I want to leave Zero stars but there wasn't an option. PA Patrick O'connor was incredibly rude to my daughter and myself when bringing her in for a shin/ stress fracture evaluation. His demeanor was condescending at best, he seemed extremely annoyed that we were in his presence. He made us feel as though we were wasting his time. I could "copy and paste" the review already left here. I was seen by Patrick O'Connor today, and he was nothing short of arrogant and condescending throughout my visit. I literally felt like I had to defend the pain I'm in, only to have him slump down in his stool and say "so what do you want me to do then?" I really hate to leave a bad review, and usually try to work things out with the business. But if you are thinking of going here: Don't waste your time! I was completely unimpressed with this appointment. I had recently fell and broke my Clavicle, ripped the head off of the humerus and lateral fracture of the humerus bone. I was in extreme pain and he asked, "So what do you want me to do?" I told him that I needed something for the pain. He said he couldn't help me. I was told that I had to pay up front. NO PROBLEM!
