The doctor is great. But the issue that I had problems when I called to make an appointment the lady said we can’t schedule you since you have outstanding balance. We never received any bills at all I told her and I ask her how much and she said she’s doesn’t know and connected me to billing the department which went to voicemail and left a messages and I never got a call back. Dr. Messerschmidt is very professional, knowledgeable And easy to talk with about anything.
Hands were tingling and I had to put them down for relief. Dr. Messerschmidt had a EMG perform and found the problem, surgery needed. He is very patient friendly and takes the time to explain in detail. He highly recommend him for hand,elbow etc problems.
