Maybe I caught him on the wrong day, but I was very disappointed. Prior to me coming to his office, I advised him that I couldn't afford him so as to not waste our time, I declined to come. He then advised to come on up and he would discuss some options on payment. Needless to say, it was just for me to figure it out since it should be important to me.
