Answering service is RUDE! They keep sending me a bill that I have paid. I called twice and they said I need to talk to someone in the office, they are just the answering service. I asked when the office was open, they said it's open now but they can't connect me. They will take a message and pass it along. Apparently they don't do that because I keep getting the bill! Office manager Rose is rude. I have called several times to have a huge billing error fixed after 8 months still not fixed and it is a huge issue as they are billing the wrong patient. Dr. Kennelly is extremely forgetful. He has not provided a treatment plan for my son, and forgets what happens. I think it is time for Dr. Kennelly to retire. Very disappointed in this office.
