Before Joanne was hired by our coop, we had 3-4 different property managers in the span of 5 years. They all sounded understanding and accommodating when issues were presented to them but ultimately, they were slow to respond or would frequently ignore you. Joanne’s company simply delivers. All of my email’s would be answer with 1-2 hours, even after hours. Issues would get resolve quickly as well. So if you like speedy resolutions, Joanne is your gal.

I have had a professional relationship with Falci Management in excess of 25 years. They are responsive, professional, thorough, honest and trustworthy. I have worked with several management companies and they don’t compare to the personal service received from Falci Management. I highly recommend them.

Whereas most of the larger managing agents take a great deal of time to respond, PJ Falci, as a smaller firm, was incredibly responsive. There was no question that went unanswered--most often within an hour or so--even late nights or on weekends. JoAnn was also just so pleasant to work with and made the process easy! I highly recommend them going forward without hesitation!
