Did not listen, misdiagnosed problem(barely looked at problem before immediately misdiagnosing it). He is overall a doctor who doesn’t care what patient has to say about their own problem. It’s his(wrong) way or nothing. Do not recommend. Waste of time, and money.
Dr. Dwyer has been my podiatrist for about 15 years. He's kind, compassionate and truly cares about his patients! He's an amazing surgeon (two surgeries for me). Whenever I've had any issue with my feet or ankles, they are great with fitting me in for an appointment. He will carefully work with you to find a solution to your problems. Highly recommend!!!
My husband and I had booked appointments today with Dr Dwyer booked on May 2, 2022 for August 1, 2022. The same girl that booked these appointments said we were not listed as having an appointment and that she DID NOT want to argue with us and she had no explanation about what she could have done about our problem. She was clueless!! She offered a Wednesday appointment. Why was this done to us, as we have been patients of Dr Dwyer for years?? A call to us about schedule changes would have been nice. 30 minute wait time Icy and unsafe near ramp for my handicap client, asked if there was sand to put down and they said no. Butchered her toenails and when I questioned it his response was ice been doing this for 35 years and dismissed my concern. My client I bright excited her fear of getting an infecting since he cut her skin, his response was, why are you worrying you are on an Antibiotic anyway (she is on one for an unrelated ailment) Horrible experience from beginning to end.
Dr. Dwyer has a great, caring way. He operated on both of my feet - I had bunion issues for years, but after my surgeries, I can't say enough wonderful things about what a successful recovery I've had. He is FANTASTIC! Also, I had a bad sprain which required a cortisone shot - it was painless (which they're usually NOT) and lasted long enough to where my foot was healed. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dwyer and his practice. The office staff and assistants are very pleasant, too!
