Apparently he is not a man of his word. We recently bought a home that was one of Patrick's listings. Upon moving in the seller left a lot of garbage and did not fulfill parts of the contract which included the garage being door being functional. Patrick "gave me his word" that these things would be handled. They were not. So we are left with a few large dump loads on the side of our new home and OUR realtor took on the cost of fixing the garage door.
Pat was very thorough and helpful. He worked with us throughout the home buying process and did a great job. We will be recommending his services to everyone on the future, because we trust that he will go above and beyond to help his clients out, just like he helped us.
