Patrick is a fabulous communicator, he is easily available any time of day for any questions. Although we were out of province it was a very stress free experience. Patrick is exemplary. He helped me buy and sell and was always available for questions. He had great insight into the market dynamics affecting Calgary housing. If buying, he is able to point out common issues with the style and construction that other realtors would likely miss, and you can tell he has lots of experience in what he does.
