Dr. Horrigan is a very kind, patient and talented surgeon. He made a very stressful and traumatic experience calm and reassuring. It is a huge loss for the Twin Cities to lose him in our medical community.

I am 60 years old and through all those years I must've seen literally dozens upon dozens of doctors. Under rather bleek circumstances it is rare when you find a doctor that is a ray of sunshine. That's how my wife and I feel about Dr Horrigan. I went in for a tibial plateau fracture in which the bones of my lower leg had broken. It was a mess.
