I’ve been coming to Dr Hong’s my last visit was horrible. I went in for an emergency and I was asking him how long I was gonna be feeling like that. I guess he had a bad day and he said something , I asked him if he can repeat what he said and he snap . later on he came back into the room to apologize, but it was a bit too late. I asked him he shouldn’t be treating his patient that way and his answer was I already said sorry . I love Dr. Hong. He has been my PC for about 4 years. He's very thorough, he's thoughtful and will spend time with you to discuss everything you need to talk about. Highly recommend him.
I've been seeing him for a year now. My previous pcp left this medical group, and I decided to start seeing Dr. Hong instead. He and his staff staff are very personable and thorough. I usually can see him within a reasonable time for an appt. Parking isn't usually an issue, and the check-in process can be done ahead of time online or once you arrive.
The one star review is for canceling my appointment that I scheduled months ago, and telling me the soonest one will be 6 months later! Thanks for making me call doctors all weekend again!
Dr. Hong is very thoughtful and spends a lot of time with my grandmother. My Grandmother (age 94) always has about 1000 questions and he is very patient with us. He always give us plenty of options for treatment, which is good for as my grandmother's age restricts us a bit in that regard. Dr. Hong is very thorough and I am so glad that we have found him.
