Called builder for warranty on roof which started leaking in multiple places after 12 years.Builder said there was warranty on shingles for more than 15 years. However said he had no time to look up records and would not help with the warranty. He also asked me to call a roofer or an insurance adjuster. Said I bought the house for cheap. Than hung up on me. Very rude and no customer service. As per roofer and insurance adjuster roof badly installed and flashing not done properly.
