Older building, showing its age. Major repairs needed on several occasions over the past 3-5 years. Large assessments levied against owners on top of regular monthly maintenance fees. Otherwise, amenities are adequate, and building is fairly safe. Covered parking and valet parking for residents.
Parking lot is not safe. Cars get broken into.
Loves coming here to swim, look at B's paintings and run the halls like a wildabeast. Also, why the emergency call button sooo low to the ground in the escalator? Why the stop call button so far away? There's got to be a easy enough fix, He was in there chatting up the fire department while 6 grown people tried to figure it out. Got it eventually but it was a fiasco.
