Patrick and his team were a dream come true. He not only followed up promptly to emails but set aside time to really help me sort out the logistics and nitty gritty of my custody case. He went above and beyond for my family and I. I will be forever grateful I followed the recommendations of the Boston city’s councilmen. Demanded large cash retainer for services, promising he would “get it done” and he is to be trusted. Once retainer was provided this guy became a ghost. Could not get ahold of him or his assistants until he showed up for court dates which he got blown out the water every time. This guy took a large cash deposit from my family, promising he'd do his best to help with a child custody case. After he got the cash, we could hardly ever get in touch with him. When we'd ask for case updates, he'd say things like "don't you trust me?" Eventually, we had to fire him and it didn't even phase him, since he already got a nice chunk of change for doing absolutely nothing. He should be reported to the ABA and disbarred, as he has broken several rules of professional conduct lawyers are required to abide by.
Patrick Ferguson did not put his client first! He was more interested in working a deal with his fellow lawyers to serve their interest instead of his elderly client who followed him blindly. His “habitual” contract mistakes ,that needed to be corrected ,were then charged to me. He is not a man of his word and lacks client integrity. Avoid using his lack luster service at all cost.
Very unprofessional and absolutely no concern for a client with custody challenges. Does not own up to his commitments and the team he has is very poor. Please be careful if you are looking for an attorney that genuinely wants to help you.
