Attorney Ferguson was recommended to me by several friends to handle/assist in my divorce case and he and I developed a nice rapport right off the bat. He is money eater. Very unprofessional Demands huge amount for retainer and does nothing for clients. He meets with your opponent without your awareness. Hire him at your own risk. Deserve to be reported
Patrick and his team were a dream come true. He not only followed up promptly to emails but set aside time to really help me sort out the logistics and nitty gritty of my custody case. He went above and beyond for my family and I. I will be forever grateful I followed the recommendations of the Boston city’s councilmen. Demanded large cash retainer for services, promising he would “get it done” and he is to be trusted. Once retainer was provided this guy became a ghost. Could not get ahold of him or his assistants until he showed up for court dates which he got blown out the water every time. Then he wanted an additional large sum of cash to continue services because he claimed we were dealing with a woman’s scorned heart and it was my fault for choosing to have a child with her. This guy took a large cash deposit from my family, promising he'd do his best to help with a child custody case. After he got the cash, we could hardly ever get in touch with him. When we'd ask for case updates, he'd say things like "don't you trust me?" Eventually, we had to fire him and it didn't even phase him, since he already got a nice chunk of change for doing absolutely nothing. He should be reported to the ABA and disbarred, as he has broken several rules of professional conduct lawyers are required to abide by.
