If I could give negative stars. This office is incredibly unprofessional. I made a new patient appointment over a month ago. I drove from Edmond. They called 15 minutes prior to my appointment- as I’m pulling into their parking lot- and cancelled because he’s no longer accepting new patients. They absolutely did not care that I have medications that need to be filled. They didn’t care that they made the appointment as a new patient. I recently visited Doctor Livingston Nurse Belinda and Brook at Norman regional and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The office was clean, well-organized, and followed all necessary protocols, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my visit.
