Extremely frustrating experience. Lack of communication, delayed responses, and very little transparency. I repeatedly requested information and updates but had difficulty getting clear answers. The entire process felt disorganized and left me with serious concerns about professionalism and accountability. I would strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence before working with this brokerage.
