3 times at this location just to get a cortisone shot. All 3 times a very bad experience. It’s hard to say anything because we all know they’ll find out and it will only get worse. It’s not like Insurance will allow you to go somewhere else..it’s not like we have choices..if I could I would in a heart beat. Dr Ronan maybe a nice guy but his head nurse/assistant has no bed side manner at all. Clients who show up in real pain shouldn’t be sent away.
