Patrick was on top of everything I needed. His personal touch of taking care of any concerns and getting top dollar for my home was so important to me, he fulfill all these things. He always went out of his way to accommodate any hurdle or questions I would have. Me selling my home of 20 years was very scary for me and he made sure I was in safe hands. I will definitely be using him in all my real estate transactions in the future. Great guy and a joy to work with.

I have done 4 real estate transactions with Patrick in the past year and a half. Patrick is hands down the most “ above and beyond “ realtor I’ve ever worked with. Each listing he had the windows and carpets cleaned, provided me with his team of plumbers, electricians and handymen, AND replaced 6 smoke detectors himself!! No one else does that. Patrick is so knowledgeable and makes real estate transactions seamless. Simply the best realtor.
