Unfortunately when you buy a flipped home, there will be corners cut. I bought a flipped home from Patrick at the end of 2024 and continue to find issues with the HVAC, electrical and structure of the house. Many of his contracted workers cannot warranty their work and aren’t the best communicators. I’m still waiting for the main contractor to fix several issues to no avail. Oh well, I learned my lesson.
