A few months ago my husband and I decided to go to an open house just to look. We ended up being at the open house the entire time it was open. We fell in love with the house and the property. Patrick was phenomenal for us, both in selling and buying. He was always ready to go look at houses, and really made sure he got to know us and our taste to help us find the right new home. He was insightful when touring houses, pointing out potential issues and bright spots. And he always let us take the lead. He worked incredibly hard and made it possible to get a home we didn’t think we stood a chance at. We will absolutely work with him again in the future should we need to find a new home again.
