What a wonderfully educative, personalized, and relaxing experience. Having never done acupuncture but wanting to add it to my anxiety and overall wellness toolkit, I was nervous and eager for the first appointment. I have had some of the best relief following my appointment compared to any meditative/restorative sessions I’ve had in the past. I look forward to future sessions with Patrick!

Patrick's treatment was by far the best acupuncture session I have ever had. He listened to my words and to my body's communication deeply. He found all my spots that I held tension and his acupuncture really helped. Then he added wonderful gua sha and cupping! I felt so cared for.
