I am a family law attorney. For many years, I have used Patrick F. Casey to appraise homes owned by divorcing couples. Not once has the opposing counsel challenged the accuracy of one of Mr. Caseys real estate appraisals. In fact, the opposing counsel usually stipulates to Mr .Caseys valuation.
