Sometimes elderly patients require more time and patience to get everything right for x-ray's and exams. Dr. Patrick and his staff took the time necessary to make my mom completely comfortable while undergoing the tests necessary before her exam. He made sure she thoroughly understood her diagnosis and dental options. She couldn't have been treated better if she had been related to the staff. She was thrilled, mamma's 96.
He was very cold to me. He acted very uppity. I left all my insurance information with the front office and she said she would file my insurance. She did not file anything for me. They make you pay up front then dont file your insurance so you can get reimbursed. I will never go back there
