Overall experience was OK, Dr. Dominguez seem to be somewhat knowledgeable. But the staff of the reception especially one younger girl was horrible it seemed like she hates her job and doesn’t wanna be there, the practice might use some friendlier staff at the reception

Pésima experiencia! ..Es el Médico más racista que he conocido en mi vida. Discrimino a mi padre porque no hablaba inglés y le preguntó su nacionalidad y cuando mi padre respondió de Puerto Rico fue peor su actitud. Ese Doctor de Estadounidense no tiene nada empezando por la cara de mojado.
El Dr es bueno. Pero su equipo de atención en recepción es PECIMO ! Muy mala atención. Es sumamente complicado hacer una cita y cuando al fin logras hablar con alguien te dejan en línea esperando más de 20min. De manera que te canses y no te quede más que colgar la llamada! Esto no me sucedió en solo 1 ocasión sino múltiples veces.. nunca consigues concertar nada mediante teléfono.
I have been going to Advanced Dermatology South Downtown for 2 years. The staff has always been efficient and professional. Dr. Dominguez is an excellent clinician, caring and explains the treatment options and potential outcomes.
