I had a fantastic experience today! The entire staff was professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Medical office staff are often the "glue" that keeps a practice together, balancing many tasks. Roseanne and Flo were both engaging, kind, caring, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. I just cannot say enough about this office, the staff and Dr Derby. I have never felt so comfortable and cared for by a specialty doctor and their office staff as I was at Dr Derby's office. Dr. Derby has the best bedside manner and truly cares. I will definitely recommend him to everyone that needs a Podiatrist!!!
Thank you Dr. Patrick Derby!! My foot pain kept me from going places that require me to walk frequently. I visited with Dr. Derby , he listened to me and assessed my feet. He greeted me with a smile. Then he explained to me what was causing the foot pain, he is extremely knowledgeable. He provided gentle treatment to my feet and confirmed my comfort. Dr. Derby is a great podiatrist, he’s approachable, speaks directly with you, offers sound opinion and has twice provided my family with minor outpatient surgery that went very well and worked exactly as he said it would.
