My doctor retired, he was also with Dignity Health. This doctor is in-network for my insurance and is accepting new patients. However, he refuses patients if you had a prior MD with Dignity Health - joke!
I had a new patient appointment scheduled with Patrick Cudahy. It took 6 weeks to get in to see him and then 10 days prior to the appointment, his office called to cancel. No explanation as to why and then the next available appointment was 7 weeks later via phone. Completely unacceptable! If you cancel an appointment, then make an effort to see someone in a timely manner and be transparent about the reasoning for canceling in the first place.
