I had a new patient appointment scheduled with Patrick Cudahy. It took 6 weeks to get in to see him and then 10 days prior to the appointment, his office called to cancel. No explanation as to why and then the next available appointment was 7 weeks later via phone. Completely unacceptable! If you cancel an appointment, then make an effort to see someone in a timely manner and be transparent about the reasoning for canceling in the first place.
Dr. Cudahy is a phenomenal family physician. Multiple people within my family are patients of his and it’s always a great experience.
