My home had exterior issues that State Farm discovered in their visual inspection. They worked with me on how best to address them and their inspection was performed early enough that it provided me with sufficient time to address the issues before my policy was canceled. They were helpful in walking me through the process patiently, in what seemed to me to be "above and beyond". Thanks again Patrick Court (i.e. Jacki !)
