Dishonest, deceitful, cunning, scheming…This is the type of customer service you will receive when you go to one of the Patrick car dealerships. I have been a customer of Patrick Jaguar/Land Rover in Naperville, Illinois for twenty years, and I have witness the decline in customer service over the past three years; particularly within the service department. Buyer BEWARE!! Patrick sold us a misrepresented “Certified Vehicle” that ended up having Severe Structural Damage, costing us $88,000. Patrick WAS aware of the damage PRIOR to fraudulently selling it to us, as proven by records collected and their own acknowledgment. Patrick Cars refuses to make it right. DO NOT buy a vehicle from any Patrick Dealership!! They are a very dishonest company!
Met Mo when we walked in to look at XC60 vehicles. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and very thorough. It was during the cyberhaak so all the paperwork had to be done by hand. Everyone there was very cordial. I enjoyed working with them.
