Service with Patrick is awesome, the workers are kind ,nice patient and understanding and work with you through it all. I like to give a big shout to Shane Castillo and his team all the times I wasn't denied Service and always provided me with a loaner. If Shane say he will do it its done. The man keeps his word what ever he tells you that's what it is. Big shout to Patrick Cadillac service department.
I have owned Cadillacs for over 10yrs, and all my experiences have been good. I would say this is the best overall experience I had.
Service rep. Jordan was very nice and accurate about the length of time my car would take! He also helped adjust my rear view mirror! My car inspection went very well. I had an oil change, my tires were rotated and I had a multi point inspection
