I love Dr. Bunyi and I’ve been going to him for years, but his front office is the worst! I was in a car accident with bruises and broken ribs and was told to follow up with my primary doctor. So I called the office and told them what happened and they scheduled me. The day of my appointment rolls around and they tell me they can’t see for car accident injuries and they “made a mistake” scheduling me and not referring me out. Everyone was very friendly and w welcoming Mrs Wendy and the other young lady in the office was great. I can't remember the one ladies name.. I wish I did. Cause both her and Wendy deserve recognition. For going above and beyond and providing exceptional service. Dr Bunyi is one of the best physicians in Jacksonville.
