First impressions were great with both Dr. Briggs and his staff. Everyone was very kind and social. His nurse, Cicely, was very sweet and caring and spent a little time getting to know me. Dr. Briggs explained my issue and answered my questions and concerns regarding my surgery. Did not feel rushed! It was a pleasant experience.
I called but decided to hang up, nobody has even answered yet, then an hour or so later, a girl calls me and asked why I called. I explained that I realized that I needed to wait to find out when I’d be available for an appointment. I explained that the VA had sent over a community care referral. Without even asking my name, never even said hello, she said they hadn’t received a referral but “you veterans” have to see VA doctors at a VA facility. This Dr is GREAT! Been going to see him for various foot issues for several years. He has always helped with my foot discomforts. Quickly! Don’t hesitate to see him if you need help.
